Trek to Lava Tower (4,630 m) for acclimatization, then descend to Barranco Camp.

Overnight at Barranco Camp (3,960 m).
Climb the Barranco Wall and trek to Karanga Camp for an acclimatization night.
Overnight at Karanga Camp (4,035 m).
Trek to Barafu Camp, with ample time to rest and prepare for the summit.
